A stream crossing at the southwest corner of the pond will likely require dismounting.

Description

A nice ride down (or up) the gentle hill from the north edge of Blue Gill Pond to the road near the Acid Connector. Lots of switchbacks make the grade easier, but it is still a fair workout if you're climbing. You could also cut off to Paleo Channel Trail or Blue Gill Pond Trail. Nice views of the pond from the southernmost end.
