Description

Starting in Littleton, the beginning of the route alternates between shady forests, wetlands, and farmland. Once the route passes Lisbon, the route crosses the Ammonoosuc River over a former railroad trestle bridge. A few miles down the road, the trail goes through covered bridges and passes a waterfall.

The trail crosses the river again and then offers views of forest and farmland on the final stretch to Woodsville.
