Description

This trail heads to and from the top of Vardaåsen. From the south (as mapped), it starts off quite easy and level. After a few hundred yards, the trail makes a short left hand turn, continuing north, which marks the start of the descent which becomes slightly more challenging. At the top of the hill, the old tower's four concrete pillars can be seen from the trail, before you descend into the woods.
