Description

The Albion Basin Summer Road begins at the Albion Base Area parking. It climbs very gradually over its course from 8700ft to 9500ft. The grades are mild with only a few areas above 10%.

At mile 1.9, the Catherine's Pass Trail ascends eastward. At mile 2.2, Germania Pass via East Greeley begins on the western side of the trail. At mile 2.4, the end of the Upper Albion Meadows Trail meets this trail.
