Description

This trail begins from the 'T' intersection of Abercrombie Mountain Trail #117, 1.4 miles from the upper trailhead to Abercrombie Mountain. This trail will take you from just below the sub-alpine zone all the way down to the valley below.

It is a fantastic trail with great flow. It winds through open meadows, thick forests, and some of the best aspen groves the Inland Northwest has to offer. It is not overly technical and the trail surface is relatively smooth all the way down but there are reverse grades, fun little kickers, twisty sections, and well-designed switchbacks that keep the trail interesting. It is a fantastic descent all the way down!

trail needs maintenance and mileage. AT LEAST 20 trees down. Also underbrush getting tight due to season's snowfall. This trail should be amazing!
