Description

Wending alongside the San Antonio River, through old neighborhoods and farmlands, the Mission Hike and Bike Trail provides respite from the daily pressure and grind of city life.

This portion of the San Antonio River Walk boasts over 11 linear miles of continuous trail along the river from the King William District to Mission Espada. However, bicycles are not permitted (neither ridden nor walked) through the Historic portion of the Riverwalk (Downtown).

An easy walk or ride, it is suitable for even young members of the family.
