Description

The Silverlead section of the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail connects Big Silverlead and Little Silverlead trails.

The Little Silverlead side is a steep yet rideable trail through the woods. The Big Silverlead side contours and carves through the sage.

The trail is most often ridden when shuttling from Stein Mountain or Sheep Creek Road #077 to get back to Big Silverlead, Burns Gulch and Lower Wagonhammer Creek.
