Description
This trail, cut a number of years ago by the local NEMBA chapter, is a local favorite. It starts (or ends) at the highest point in the town of Barnstable and cruises along a glacial moraine down to Crooked Cartway. Along the way there will be a few short climbs, a few small rocky sections, and an optional small rock jump just before you get to the end at Crooked Cartway.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
