Description

This trail was named after the cofounder of the trails because of his ruggedness and aged candor. This is by far one of the most challenging, solid black trails Smithville has to offer. You'll get your fill of all shapes and sizes of rocks, shoreline vistas and a little bit of exposure. All this technical fun found in a hardwood forest that meets the lake. It's best enjoyed in the counter-clockwise direction starting from Lakeside at the main trailhead.
