Description

This trail is a seriously steep and featured singletrack that serves as a beastly uphill to access the deep creek trail, or a ripping downhill on its own. To access this trail, one must either ride up Mill Creek Road until the first major pullout, at which point the trail branches North (uphill) off of the road. This trail can also be accessed by riding further up Deep Creek RD and then Riding the Deep Creek Trail west until the trails meet.

There are several variations of this trail, but it should be obvious which trail to stay on, especially because many of the turns are marked as private property.

This is a tough but great way to access the Deep Creek Trail, which will take the rider west through many miles of amazing cross country in aspens and wildflower meadows and ultimately finish with a ripping downhill that finishes on Last Dollar Road just above the Airport. It offers great views of Mt. Wilson and Lizard Head as well. Alternately at the top, the rider can go east for a short climb and then some steep downhilling on the Deep creek trail and potentially link up with the Deep Creek Waterline and eventually Jud Wiebe Trail all the way back to town.
