Overview

Dogs: Leashed

Description

Of the two ways to the top of Bergan Peak, this is definitely the more difficult one compared to Bergen Peak Trail. There are many switchbacks, and some are more technical. The technical features are mostly large rocks and medium sized rock gardens some roots. It's steep and sustained all the way to the top - a lung burner for sure.

Hard to build up any real speed due to switch backs and technical sections. Wore out my arms from all the vibrations. Oct 29, 2013

Does anyone know if there are any trails where we can drive a car to the top and ride down pretty much the entire trail? Aug 23, 2015

My favorite JeffCo OS descent, has a rock or two thrown in to keep you on your toes. Jun 27, 2016
