Description

Lollipop connects the trails of Smuggler Mt. Open Space (BTS Trail, Tootsie Roll Trail, Smuggler Loop Trail, 10th Mt. trail, Iowa Shaft Trail) to the Hunter Creek trails that are in White River National Forest lands. This trail features the famous 'lollipop' out-and-back switchback. If you ride it at the right time of year, you can pause to admire the columbine flowers thriving at the lollipop.

Summer of 2015 saw the lower part of this trail extended by about 3/4 mile to meet with the Iowa Shaft Trail. This extension takes riders off a couple old doubletrack routes that are popular with hikers.
