Description

As of the start of 2019, Wood Run now connects directly to the main parking lot on 24/27. The new extension starts with a 0.2 mile fire road to the beginning of the new singletrack which has a nice downhill section that connects to the original starting point of the trail. It is fast in both directions with lots of rocks and one massive optional rock garden.

Slow, easy out and back ride on what I think is the most fun (not best) trail at Uwharrie. Trail is very clear and clean right now, hardly any leafs. 2.6mi
