Awesome singletrack down with some hairy scary technical rock gardens.

Overview

Description

At this point you'll be far enough back into the park that the housing developments to the north are out of sight. There are few hikers this far in - you actually get a sense of seclusion and can soak up the scenery.

As the shrubs get higher on either side the trail, it starts to switch back and get more technical before heading down the front side of the ridge and getting into some very technical rocks sections. Navigate some big drops and channels - take it slow and easy. Eventually the trail meets up with a fire road and swings up to the West Cut Across where you can either head up the very short section to No Name Ridge Road (head back up and do it over again) or down to Moro Canyon Road along the creek.
