New Mexico High Desert riding

Lots of ups/downs not particularly technical. Lots of sand and rocks. Anyone can have fun at La Tierra. The outer loop is the more challenging section.

Description

Starts at La Cuachara TrailHead. Exit off of NM 599 at Camino de los Montoyas, turn immediate left at the church. In the parking there is a detailed trail map with all intersections marked with numbers.

The open space is 1500 acres of hiking/bike/horse trails.
