This trail has three trailheads. The one most often used is near the State Park visitor center and has plenty of parking. Your return will be uphill no matter which direction you ride. Another trail that accesses the lower section of the trail is at the park entrance on Pinnacle Valley Road. Limited parking is available here. The other entrance is on Pinnacle Valley Road near the park entrance sign and offers NO parking but is convenient if riding the Arkansas River Trail
to the park.
Recommended riding direction is clockwise. Please do not "fix" things on the trail - if you can't do it, walk-practice-try again.
This is not a "flow" trail, it's designed for training and improving skills.
This trail drains very quickly and with the exception of springs that pop up near the trail after a rain. It's an excellent choice when it's been rainy.
