If descending this trail, yield to those climbing

gets its name from the amazing views you get as it climbs along the edge of the mountain. Starting at Hub P on Upper Boy Scout, Longview splits away and combs to the north to Hub Q where Misty Mountain starts and takes you to the back side of the mountain and the downhill trails Delirious and Notorious also begin. There are a few steep climbing turns in the beginning, but Longview then mellows out nicely to be a pleasant climb to the top of the mountain. If descending this trail, yield to bikers who are climbing. Also note that the berms are not built for high speed turns, so manage your speed carefully if going down this trail. Also note that if descending, you must then climb Upper Boy Scout back to the top, because below this intersection, Upper Boy Scout is climbing only.
