Some sections are super technical while some are super flowy. 7k feet of climbing makes this a great adventure.

Need to Know

This area is remote with limited cell coverage, have an emergency plan. There's not a ton of traffic on the trail don't count on help from other trial users if your by yourself and have a problem!

Description

Use the published trail map if it's your first time on the trail. there's a few intersections of trail that can be confusing. the crest trail most travels on ridgetops once you climb to the top your treated with some epic trails. You'll usually finish the ridge trial with an epic decent.

History & Background

this area was know to be home of Chief Red Bird a native american indian. Cave drawings and artifacts are frequently found.
