Need to Know

Nearest parking is at the South Peavine Trail ($3 in 2025).

Description

This trail runs from the Glassford Hill trail down to connect to the Captain's Trail not far from its junction with Easter Island Trail. Enroute, it passes the end of the Rubble Trail. The terrain is similar to other trails in the area with steep sections and lots of granite to negotiate. Sometimes, Boulder Creek has a trickle of water in it. It also makes a nice moderate hike. There are signs with maps at every trail junction, so it is hard to get lost.
