Overview

This route takes ride on trails through gorgeous pine forests. The twists and turns of the Swamp Angel trail will make any mountain biker smile from ear to ear! This trail is full of rollers, jumps, and big built berms. It is one of the only directional downhill trails in the area so no need to worry about people climbing up the trail. Although it is technically rated as a blue trail, there are some great harder lines for riders that prefer a little bit more.

Description

The start of this route is labeled at the Swamp Angel trailhead. To get there, head up the climbing specific trail Yakety Yak. Foot-traffic can travel both ways here, so be aware, but for bikes, this is trickly climbing. When you get to the top of Swamp Angel, enjoy a nice view of town and the mountains before dropping in.

Dropping into Swamp Angel, enjoy a fast descent with lots of rollers, jumps, and berms. All features are very well built, while at the same time utilizing the natural terrain very well. This trail will definitely have you smiling big! Once you finish the Swamp Angel trail, climb back up to do it again, or drop into town for a well deserved brew!
