Description

This is one of the technical trails in the western technical area of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve (Brown's Ranch). It connects from the Hawknest Trail to the Dare A Sarah Trail via a winding a circuitous path. There are also connections to Powerline Road #1. The Dare A Sarah and Snake Eyes trails are also in the area for further technical riding. There is plenty of granite to ride on in the area.

Signs mark alternate routes or lines that are "Most Difficult". Avoiding these, there are maybe a dozen or so obstacles that might need to be stepped through by non-technical riders. Otherwise, most of the trail is standard "blue" difficulty.

About mid-way between the power line road and the Dare-A-Sarah trail, there is a side trail to Scorpion Point, a nice rest spot with a view.
