Le parcours commence dans un terrain ouvert et mène au boisé. Dans le bois, on se dirige vers des croisements menant aux sentiers pédestres. En tournant complètement vers la droite, on se retrouve sur une piste bien tapée où on peut rouler plus vite. Entre bois et prés, on se retrouve finalement à un croisement où se rencontre 3 chemins; à droite, on se dirige vers les stationnements, à gauche, on s'enfonce davantage dans la forêt.

The trail begins in an open field leading to a wood. Further in the wood, we meet a crossroad towards pedestrian paths. Turning 90° right, we get on a straight and firm trail where it is easy to speed up. At the end, 3 roads meet: turn right to the parking lots, turn left to go deeper in the forest.
