The most direct route to Apple Pie Hill on paved and wide dirt roads and paths.

Need to Know

There is a hot dog stand in Chatsworth, and there is safe parking across the street next to the Fire Dept.

Description

This is a combination of road sections. NJ Route 532 is a typical paved State road with bike lanes on each side. Ringer Road is for the most part dirt road that narrows down to one lane. This is the quickest way to Apple Pie Hill, from the best parking starting point. Many trails cross at Apple Pie Hill.

History & Background

Apple Pie Hill is one of the highest points in South Jersey and has been the location of a fire tower for a hundred years.
