Start off with a short but steep climb in the bushes by the corner of the golf course fence. Clean the climb and stay left always near the fence. Pedal up and down short climbs and descents involving sandstone and dirt sections. Keep your chin up and watch for a small sandstone drop that is roll-able but could easily send you OTB (over-the-bars) if you're not careful.

Join the dirt road for a short stretch before veering left back onto singletrack and tackling one last punchy climb out of the canyon.
