Description

This is a fun descent from the top of Pirate. There is a clearing that has a great view of Oven and Crane Mountains. When the trail comes out to the doubletrack above the power lines, watch for a narrow path between some evergreens and the ridge.

The trail then crosses the doubletrack again and follows under the power lines for a ways and then back to the doubletrack for a few hundred feet where the trail meets the Alt Connector or you can continue down to Beck's.
