Description
Beginning at the northwest entrance to the non-motorized zone, this trail follows the fence separating the San Juan College Bike Park from the neighboring golf course before wrapping around the southern base of the 6 Graves Hill.
Begin with a fun initial drop into the main wash. Climb out of the wash, staying near the fence, and navigate the tight turns and cobble rock gardens of the north-facing hillside. A short climb takes higher onto the eastern hillside. Rip down another short, but fun, descent ending at the gravel road.
Turn left onto a dirt road and look for the singletrack with associated signage on your left. Follow this last stretch of fun singletrack, being careful not to leave any skin in the game through the portions of trail that run right alongside the barbed wire fence.
The trail ends at the southwest corner of the non-motorized zone where you have the option of climbing up Cactus Jack'd or exiting the zone. Like many trails in the Farmington region this trail gets more and more fun the faster you go, but be aware of blind corners and some occasionally loose rocks.
