E-bikes are allowed on public roads managed by DEC, but prohibited on all trails.

Description

This trail is considered the longer, or outer, Kunjamuk Loop. Starting from in town, bike down Elm Lake Road. When you reach the first fork, stay straight for the longer loop (about 14 miles), turning right will take you the shorter loop (about seven miles).

This will pop you out on Old Route 8, turn right to head towards the main highway (Rt 8/30). Turn right onto the main highway and this will take you back into town. This loop can be ridden both ways.
