Features Views

Trails are closed after rain events and whenever muddy conditions persist. This loop is adjacent to private property and university experimental areas. Stick to the established trail in this area.

Need to Know

These loops tend to stay wet after rain, do not ride in when muddy. Check the Touch of Nature Website and Facebook page for closure details ( facebook.com/TONTrails).

Description

String Bean and Green Bean ("The Beans") are easy fun riding through the pine stands. Terrain is mostly flat with two small berms as the only features to be found. Corridor is fairly wide with some small trees tight to the trail. Great section of trail for beginners to get their legs or to just add some easy mileage to a longer ride.

Enter the connector from Giant City Rd., cross the bridge on the access road and bank right, continuing on the connector. Turn right at the next Y and you are on The Beans.

Look for signage or obvious trail if you find yourself turned around.
