Need to Know

It is $5 per car to park in the park but you are welcome to park for free off of Tammany Creek if space allows.

Hells Gate State Park and US Army Corps of Engineers Habit Management Unit is a great place to recreate but has very few options to get out of the sun or weather so be prepared. Dogs are to be on a leash at all times and plan to pick up any droppings (only equestrians are allowed to leave that sort of mess for others to enjoy).

Description

Mostly a trail to fill in the gap, it does have good views.

This trail connects to Powerline Trail and Warren's Ridge trail at the top. The bottom of this trail lends way to Jawbone Trail. Kip's Cutoff Trail makes a junction along the way.

As per usual right of way etiquette, equestrians reign supreme, and bikers yield to all (hikers rank in the middle).
