Really fun to go down as a shuttle ride, not as bad as you might think to climb it as well.

Description

This trail is a great technical downhill ride. You'll want to shuttle this one. There are many downed trees that have been retro-fitted into jumps (hence the name Stump Jumper). There are mandatory gaps throughout the trail. Several have a ride around option. One will launch you over a creek, so be sure to carry enough speed. Casing that one is no fun.

Cattle graze openly in this area so look out for fresh droppings. Sometimes they hang out on the trail as well so be aware.

This trail did get burned quite a bit from the fire in 2018. It can get quite dusty during the summer months. Watch for equestrians and hikers coming up as you get closer to the bottom.

2022 Update: This trail as currently mapped has no gaps at all and only one very small jump feature. It's almost as if the original author was describing a completely different trail.
