Description

This is one of the oldest remaining logging roads in the park. It is smooth and wide, following along the creek. Being at the bottom of the hill, it is sometimes wet in a few spots, despite recent investment in trail construction and drainage.

This trail is a nice break from all the climbing in the Alameda Singletrack trail system! The Key Feature of this trail is a collection of downed trees that have been turned into MULTIPLE "skinny" crossings.
