Description

The Hofheinz trail is a narrow singletrack that twists among the Juniper and cedar forest down to the old Bauer homestead at the intersection with the Bauer Trail. The tread includes embedded rocks from the karst landscape typical of the Texas hill country. Just before you reach the old Bauer homestead, the trail opens into a field.
