Description

Somewhat easy to miss going either direction. Heading up involves heading down what looks like and probably primarily is a cattle trail to the creek. Climbing the far bank, the whereabout of the trail is unclear.

Cross through the open grassland to a point uphill of the creek crossing one way or another and then angle right through the cattle-worn chute through the trees. Heading down, look for a singletrack continuing straight off a left sweeping turn in the High Ridge Loop Trail.

In between these, follow the track through switchbacks and vegetation.
