Description
This trail forks off at the upper end of Livek-Matajur Dirt Road. Coming up this road, you have to take the left trail.
In the beginning there is a slight descent on smooth surface. Crossing a flat valley followed by a moderate climb and you'll cross the borderline from Slovenia to Italy. Perhaps you'll not notice this borderline. The doubletrack leads to a cottage, probably built in the First World War. At the last meters, the trail gets smaller, steeper, and rough. Now you'll have reached a fork of footpaths.
This fork is defined as the end of this trail. Straight there is a path, leading up to the borderline. On your left starts Matajur Southern Traverse, gently sloped.
Rideable in both directions.
