A big climb out of Lowman into the mountains above.

Description

This trail climbs a ridge up to a fire lookout far above Lowman. The trail is steep, and at times requires some hike-a-bike, but it is mostly rideable by strong riders. From the top, either descend back to Lowman in a hurry, or explore the vast network of fire roads and remote trails to the south.

Just after the start of the trail, look for a faint spur off to the right, this leads to a creek and is your last reliable source of water for a long ways to come.
