Smooth dirt trail through the forest with some steep climbing and switchbacks to start the ride. Even the fittest riders will feel like their heart is coming out of their chest for the first 10-15 minutes. Popular trail to ride during the hot summer months as it is mostly shaded. Great for dogs and beautiful views towards the top!

There is not a ton of parking at the bottom and can get busy. There is a fire road from the bottom of Short Stack to the bottom of Road to WOS, so you can make a loop if you prefer.
