There's a decent sized parking area off the main Strada Pronvinciale (SP1) at the start of this gravel road. The road climbs through the forest up to the Pian di Raggetti eventually intersecting with the Traversata del Conero - 301 trail.
There are some enduro-type trails the descend from Pian di Raggetti, but it's not clear if these are official or not, so you'll have to discover them for yourself.
