Charlie's Trail

Difficult
 4.0 (2)

Great trail bike trail. Has a bit of everything—too pedal-y for a DH bike, but not recommended on a XC hardtail.

Description

Trail starts at the peak of Valley Falls. There are a few rock gardens at the top, some off-camber, and then a chicken wired log jump. After the log jump, it levels out and follows the flat around. At the end of the flat, there's a small drop, then the name of the game is carry speed into the two gully crossings. After the gullies, it gets off-camber, steep, and much faster. The steep downhill into the gully has roots that'll catch you and a ladder bridge jump that is rollable. After the ladder, keep your speed up for the hip jump and the small kicker into the bottom of Red Cardinal Trail.
