“The Minnesota River Trail is a popular multi-use trail that connects parks and other trails along the MN River.

This trail winds through the Mankato area along the Minnesota River. It hits up Riverfront and Sibley Parks, and connects to the Sakatah Singing Hills Trail and the Minneopa Trail.
The trail is paved and is commonly used for biking, but people walk and run on it as well.
Moderately steep. Uneven terrain with small rocks or roots.
Sizable rocks & roots. Steep sections.
Steep. Some technical terrain and limited alternate lines.
Very steep. Technical terrain with no alternate lines.
