Need to Know

The roads and trails often have flooded sections, but can be ridden if you don't mind getting wet. There's lots of wildlife and bugs during the summer.

Description

The St. Joseph Bay State Buffer Preserve give mountain bikers a chance to experience primitive Florida. These sandy road multi-use trails take users through a premier example of coastal Florida native landscapes, and allow access to 19 known archaeological and historical sites, dating from prehistoric times to the 20th century.
