Description

Both directions can be ridden on this trail, but for a better explanation following the letter order, trail heads southward. The trail starts behind the Allegan State Game Area Headquarters on 118th Avenue where there is a parking lot and working outhouse. The trail is relatively flat as it heads toward South Swan Creek.

At about the 2.0 mile mark, the trail drops from 225 meters to 207 meters at a -5.5% grade. The trail slowly climbs back up to 225 meters where it remains for about 1/2 mile and then drops abruptly from 223 meters to 207 meters at a -26% grade. The trail ends at the southern point of South Swan Creek where there is a parking lot.
