Mount Seymour is home to diverse terrain and multi-use trails. Access is free and the area can be shuttled. Bikes are only allowed on designated trails.

Description

Boogieman runs parallel to Pangor and has a similar, albeit more difficult, feel. There are mandatory drops, optional and mandatory skinnies, and maybe a little more dirt than some nearby trails. The trail is mega-fun but don't expect easy going as there's plenty of old-school flavor and tough lines to contend with.

Notable landmarks include a roller-coaster with a G-out finish, hollowed log ramp, and a long suspended bridge that sits up to 10 feet off the ground. The bridge is doable, but the amount of exposure will give you pause. It's walkable too, and many will prefer this.

After the bridge there is a punchy climb to a knoll with an optional log ramp, this time with a teeter-totter inside it, will eventually lead to the start of Boogie Nights. Keep left to continue on Boogieman for a choose-your-own-adventure made up of steeps, slabs, skinnies, rocks, and drops. Boogieman ends on the Bridle Path adjacent to Empress.
