Description

This is a rough, sometimes steep, four-wheel-drive road. Portions of the road can be flooded at times. It is very popular with the 4WD crowd and will likely be very busy on summer and early fall weekends. View this as a shorter alternative to climbing Coney Flats Road. The road parallels the Middle Saint Vrain Creek, running on the south side, whereas the Buchanan Pass Trail #910 runs along the north side of the creek.
