“Once riders master their skills on Colorowflow: Goose they can move over and continue to progress on Maverick.”
— adam cornely
The Colorowflow trails are open to downhill travel on bikes only. No foot traffic or uphill travel allowed.
One Way Only:
This is designated as a directional trail.
Need to Know
Both Goose and Maverick start at the same location and share the same trail for a hundred feet or so. After the first big left corner, Maverick continues straight while Goose takes another hard right turn. After this point, the trail is very easy to follow.
The Colorowflow trails were designed as a way for riders to progress their skills on short, super fun trails. Maverick is the blue level flow trail that starts at the top of the Colorowflow Connector
trail and travels downhill for about 0.3 miles back to the start of the Stairway to Heaven
To do laps on the Maverick trail, climb back up the Stairway to Heaven
trail and take a left at the Colorowflow Connector
Big Flow is 0.3 miles of fun, twisting and rolling trail with numerous big in-and-outs of the prominent dry drainage ditch, table tops, and big bermed corners. This trail will help develop skills in riding bermed corners and utilizing rollers to generate speed.
Everything on Maverick is rollable so intermediate riders will be able to ride Maverick while keeping both wheels on the ground, while more advanced riders will find several areas to get their wheels off the ground. So go ride and repeat, it is a lot of fun.
