You'll need a Wisconsin State Trail Pass ($25 annual, $5 daily, 2018 prices) to ride this trail.

You'll have to use the paved Military Ridge - Governor Dodge Connector to access this trail from the parking area at Cox Hollow Lake.

The trail is essentially a six-foot grassy path that is kept mowed amidst the forested area within the park. There are no technical features aside from a moderately steep descent, but the grass can make it unexpectedly difficult to pedal.

At around the two-mile mark, you'll finish the descent almost to the level of Twin Valley Lake which you can just see through the summer foliage.
