One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.
Description
Marc My Word starts just before the initial climb of
Entrails ends. The top of the trail is a tight and twisty path through the trees that encounters some awkward roots and unanticipated ups-and-downs that can make progress slower. If you're willing to battle through some of this awkwardness, you'll earn a number of choice rock rolls and interesting features that are scattered throughout the pedaling.
The first of these is a plunging chute with roots scattered about. The left side looks easier, but if you line it up right the right side should run smoother. From there, the trail works along a bit of a ridge for an off-camber rock roll into a tight corner. You'll need some good handling as it's unique and plenty of fun. Another sharp turn a little ways down switchbacks riders along an exposed rock base before turning between two trees for a sweet wooden ramp.
Down the next ridge line is an optional stump drop for the last bit of fun before the next pedal-y section through the roots. Riders who like options will appreciate the next roll that has three distinct options to choose from (generally left to right gets more difficult). Some more slabs, roots, skinnies, and bridges keep things interesting as you progress down the trail to the last little pedal out to
Mashiter.
