Be careful near the kids in the playground. Don't go down the paved hill by mistake, but instead stay left. At the end, there is a steep sandy hill that can be tricky.

Description

Start at the parking lot and trailhead sign through Kinsmen Park by the swings, then head along a bit of ski trail doubletrack to the trail into the pines.
