Family Friendly Wide corridor.

Bikers travel counterclockwise and foot traffic clockwise.

Overview

Waterloo Lake Trail is a flowy, sandy surface singletrack. The trail has good signage and a wider corridor. It's often hiked so be aware of foot traffic at peak times. For the most part, it is a beginner friendly trail with a few alternate lines for more experienced riders.

Need to Know

Water and restrooms located at parking lot.

Description

Begin at the boat ramp and work your way counter clockwise through the woods. Along the way, you'll encounter lots of switchbacks, lake views, and most likely hikers. There are lots of opportunities for high speeds and fast corners with the wider corridor and smoother terrain. On this trail, you'll typically stay right to go longer and left to exit sooner.

Pretty fun little trail. It was only my girlfriends 2nd trial ever, good place for her to continue learning the ropes.
