Dogs Leashed

E-Bikes Unknown

Posted not to ride during wet or muddy conditions due to wear on the trail. Clark County so leash laws apply (unfortunately). A lot of un-leashed dogs, so it's dog friendly, but at your own risk.

Need to Know

Do not ride unless dried out somewhat, which limits its use to late spring through early fall (avoiding the rainy season).

Description

Looks like this trail has been active on Strava since 2013 and it's had a decent amount of love from some people compared to the rest of the Lacamas Lake park area.

A short downhill with some speed check bumps built in, some built-up turns in some sections, and multiple crossings of the same creek on narrow wood bridges. The main barriers are roots and a couple of root gardens with manmade small jumps every so often. There can be some puddles/mud/divots near the bottom depending on time of year and rainfall.

Not too bad a climb the other way but this is ridden 99% as a downhill.

Red tape is about as good as it gets right now. The dirt is loamy and grippy, roots are dry enough to be passable to even beginners. Posted my best…

This trail is a ~3 minute continuous downhill section with intermediate jumps, sizeable roots sections, and other fun flow features. Excellent ride. — 0h 03m
