Description
This is the main trail that connects from the Upper Igo Trailhead with MERA trail system. It is a two-way trail that will challenge your endurance and technical skills.
Overall, this is a narrow singletrack, moderately fast to fast with a sustained ascent and descent (on the return), banked/bermed corners, off-camber corners, grade reversals, man-made jumps, and rollers that will test your technical skills.
This trail also offers riders with the opportunity to connect with other MERA Trails. It is a sustained climb from Upper Igo Trailhead to the second junction with MERA Loop Trail 724/Slammer/Zig Zag Trail 777. The descent is fast, but soils provide super traction. This is a great trail to test your endurance and bike handling skills—braking, body position, air time...If you want a great downhill run on your return, access MERA Loop Trail to Skills Slalom Section for some more fun on jumps, serious banked corners, etc.
